Founded in the Sierra Mountains of Lake Tahoe, California in 2022, we believe it’s essential to invest in your mental health in order to enjoy a life full of joy, gratitude, and satisfaction. It’s this belief that guides our approach, via telemedicine, where you can enjoy your visits from the comfort of your own space.

About Me
I am an experienced dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) working in both family medicine and psychiatry. I have been a registered nurse for over 18 years and have worked as a nurse practitioner for over 8 years.

I have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree focused in Nurse Administration/Leadership from Old Dominion University, a Post-Master’s Certificate from Vanderbilt University as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and a Post-Master’s Certificate from University of Nevada, Reno as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am currently studying to become certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

I have a deep understanding of the factors that can impact a person's overall health and wellbeing. By using an integrative approach with each visit, I am able to tailor treatments to the individual needs of each patient.
