We accept both cash paying patients or those patients with commercial insurance under Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare in the following states: California, Nevada, and Colorado. 

We are NOW in network with Anthem Blue Cross plans for our California patients and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Colorado and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Nevada.

We use a third party Hello Alma and Headway for both insurance verification and payment.
